Questions

Good to know.

How accurate are the estimates?

They're worked out from each programme's published award chart, distance or zone rules and partner rules, last checked 10 October 2026. Where a programme prices dynamically, the figure is marked as an estimate. Always confirm the price on the programme's own site before you transfer any points, because transfers usually can't be reversed.

Does it show whether award seats are available?

No. SeeThePoints tells you what a flight should cost in points. Award seats are limited, so check availability on the programme's site. Pro adds a button that takes you straight to its award search.

Which cards does it cover?

8 UK card types, including Amex, HSBC Premier, Barclaycard Avios, British Airways Amex, Virgin Atlantic and Capital on Tap.13 Indian card types, including Axis, HDFC, Amex, HSBC, SBI, ICICI, Kotak and IndusInd.

Why does it sometimes suggest Marriott Bonvoy?

Some cards can't transfer to a particular airline directly. Moving points into Marriott Bonvoy and then on to the airline (3 Bonvoy points to 1 airline point, plus 5,000 bonus points for every 60,000 moved) is often the only route. We show the overall ratio so you can judge whether it's worth it.

What data does SeeThePoints collect?

None. There's no account and no tracking. It reads the flight details on the page you're viewing, works out the points in your browser, and keeps your settings in your browser. See the privacy policy.

How do I unlock Pro?

Buy Pro and you'll get a licence key by email. Open the SeeThePoints menu in your browser toolbar, paste the key and press Activate.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. If Pro isn't for you, email us within 14 days of buying for a full refund. See the refund policy.

Which browsers does it work in?

Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge on desktop and laptop computers.
